Shipping + Delivery

Anticity strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction.  As part of this, we offer complementary express shipping on every order, inclusive of Signature on Delivery.   Delivery time is estimated between 1-7 days after dispatch, depending on your location.  International and Regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than Standard Australian Metro areas.

Orders shipped to destinations outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged before delivery.  If you are subject to these charges, this is not the responsibility of Anticity, unfortunately we do not have any control over these charges.  Please contact your local customs authority to find out if fees are applicable.

 

In the event your order is not able to be imported into the country, Anticity will refund the customer once the parcel is returned, minus the cost Anticity has been charged for shipping.
